Pet Portraits

Through the ceramic business my mother built, Geri Mateus Studios (GMS), I created my own personal brand in 2014. I was Lead designer of GMS and the head of the custom department. When the demand for pet portraits on our handmade ceramic pieces increased, I was invited to have my own page on the website. The style being requested wasn’t the typical style we produced, this way they could order product directly through me. It turned into a fun side business in my teen years that continues to stay in my practice today.
